The Tyner's contracted Dutton Construction to build their retirement home on Lake Sinclair.  She gave Keith a bit of a challenge with hiring him to build her three-story, Savannah style home, asking him to include an elevator and a full wrap-around porch using a variety of woods.

The Newby's used Dutton Construction to build a vacation home on Lake Oconee, and they were so happy with it they have now asked them to build their retirement home.

The Mamalakis' were looking for a lake lot in the Lake Oconee area. They ended up purchasing a lot and were introduced to Keith. After meeting the Dutton's they felt very confident in having Dutton Construction build their dream home.
